Your procedure records are stored only in this browser or installed app on this device — they are never uploaded, which is what keeps them private. The flip side: clearing browser data, or switching devices without an export, permanently deletes them. Cathfolio cannot recover them. Export a backup from time to time and keep the file somewhere safe.
Optional and off by default. If you allow it, Cathfolio sends two one-time anonymous signals from this installation — “first app use” and “at least one procedure created” — so we can tell whether the free version is actually used. Only a hashed random installation id and the date are stored: no procedure content, no patient data, no advertising, no third-party tracking. Cathfolio works exactly the same either way.
Your procedure data remains stored locally in this browser. A Cathfolio purchase unlocks paid features on this installation but does not currently sync your procedure data between devices.
