Terms of Use

Cathfolio is a personal documentation and portfolio tool for interventional cardiologists. It is not a medical device, not an electronic health record and not a clinical decision-support system. Do not use Cathfolio for clinical decision-making.

Cathfolio is not a certification authority and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ESC, EAPCI or DGK. Certification preparation features organize your own documentation; all certification decisions rest with the certifying bodies.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the procedure data you enter.
• Do not enter patient-identifying information.
• Procedure records are stored locally on your device and are not automatically synchronized between devices.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own local records and exports (e.g. CSV backups). Cathfolio cannot recover locally deleted data.

• Founding Member is a one-time purchase of €19.90. It is not a subscription.
• One purchase grants one personal license for one person.
• A license supports up to 3 normal device activations.
• If a registered device is permanently lost or damaged, support can perform a device replacement once per license under the implemented support rule.
• There is no self-service device reset.
• Access on a new device is restored through the purchase email using a verification code.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe (Link Managed Payments). The checkout terms presented by Stripe during purchase apply to the payment transaction; statutory consumer rights, including statutory withdrawal and refund rights, remain unaffected by these terms. Consumers can withdraw via the withdrawal page, which includes an electronic withdrawal function and the model withdrawal form.

Cathfolio is provided as an evolving early-access product. We work to keep the service available and your locally stored data readable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change; the local-first storage of procedure data and the one-time nature of the Founding Member purchase are core product commitments.
