Right of Withdrawal / Widerruf

If you purchase Cathfolio as a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, where this right applies by law. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

Cathfolio's checkout does not currently ask you to consent to early performance or to acknowledge an early loss of the right of withdrawal, so your statutory 14-day right is preserved as described here. Your statutory rights remain unaffected in every case.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement. You can:

1. Use the electronic withdrawal function below — you will receive an immediate acknowledgement of receipt by email, including the date and time of receipt.

2. Send an unambiguous statement (for example using the model withdrawal form below) by email to YA-Solutions, contact@ya-solutions.cloud.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse the payment we received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged fees for the reimbursement. Withdrawal requests are processed manually by support; refunds are handled through the original payment provider.
